Welcome to what I hope will become a regular space for me to try out some fresh ideas, post links to information that I find thought-provoking, discuss scholarship that resonates with the kinds of work I do, and write about any and all experiences related to academic life.
My plan is to force myself to write at least one decent post a week as a way of both diving into my own work on a regular basis as well as writing critically about current events as they take place...
In some ways, I don't entirely know what I want this blog to become, but I do want to create a "professional" blog that allows me to have a web presence for my work, and this seems like as good a place as any to start.
